My new layout called Bungallow is making its first appearance at Wigan. It is based on Carne Point in the 1970,s with lots of blue hydraulics.

Looks as if I may be down that way that weekend.

Checked on the internet and seems a good show and worth a visit.

I hope to get there Saturday morning, my wife is recovering well from her illness so I should be able to make it.

Many thanks for the very good set of photos., Nobby, of many excellent layouts, many of which I was sadly unaware of, before, like St. Ruth. I need to search for them on the forum.

Sorry to read that there was not a crimson/cream Hawksworth to be seen but glad you were still able to order a BG from Hattons. I'm very glad that I was able to buy a secondhand, 'as good as new', Hawksworth (Graham Farish 374-535) BR Crimson & Cream Coach 3rd Corridor to complete my rake of four different BR Crimson & Cream Hawksworths.

Hi everyone, I made it too the Wigan show which I enjoyed. I did not take any pics I knew Mick @Newportnobby  would provide those. Sorry not to see any of you guys there, I was there from about 11.05 am, I stayed for about 2 hours. The show was very good, I managed to replenish some of my supplies, I spent a few quid at Eileens Emporioum. I did not see any N gauge bargains you guys probably beat me to it. The traffic was a bit bad this year with all the road works but no problems.

@lil chris
Sorry to have missed you, Chris, especially as I didn't leave until about 12.40. :(
Nope - no bargains that I could see. All I came back with was a length of square section plastruct to make some more wagon loads.
