I think the pub looks fine as it is. If you really want to add more greenery, maybe a bit of a climber on the wall facing the rails.  :hmmm:

I used to be indecisive - now I'm not - I don't think.

Lovely photographs, thank you, Martin.

It's difficult to believe how small the layout is when one sees these pictures.

I think a bit more vegetation would be just fine - Cornwall in high summer!

Best wishes.

John

The Table-Top Railway is an attempt to create, in British 'N' gauge,  a 'semi-scenic' railway in the old-fashioned style, reminiscent of the layouts of the 1930s to the 1950s.

Excellent photos., Martin. Very good scenic work, particularly the river.

Totally agree & yes the pub doesn't need much more greenery imo

I couldn’t resist this early morning shot of my little Wadebridge box file layout at Bodmin Show this morning.
The sun was streaming perfectly through thehall windows.

If it looks right then it most probably is right.

A very nice shot very nicely lit, taken from a low-flying biplane?

I wish you and your layouts a successful day.

I thought that I’d open up my little Wadebridge boxfile diorama this morning for the first  time in probably six months.
So , a couple of photos.

First, a prarie tank rounds the bend towards the station with a local service from Penmayne.

Later, another prarie approaches from the West whilst a T9 rests at the locomotive depot.

If it looks right then it most probably is right.
