On a break from lining I have four more coaches that will be passing through the paint shop, I only got them as they were a bargain from ebay, new for £15 dabs each, it would be rude not to......

Well next to the chair I sit in as part of my rehabilitation there is a handy shelf which has become the home for a few of the projects I have slowly been working on.

Just looking across as it to my eyes its been looking a little like Crewe, I think I may have a problem or I will have when the Domestic Overlord notices my addition to the rooms interior design  :-[ :-[

Nice !!!

Sometimes you bite the dog...

...sometimes the dog bites you!

----------------------------------------------------------

I can explain it to you...

...but I can't understand it for you.

Those look great Paul. I can't see why the DO would have a problem with your interior design alterations.

Either you are onto a winner or some major job is lurking just around the corner!

Alex

Here's Atso's post re Paul Price.

I've just read this on RMWeb posted by Widnes Model Centre.

Quote

It is with great sadness that this blog will go have to go on in our minds and hearts ♥️
Trying to put it into Paul’s words and humour. How would he have put it?  I think anyone who read his blogs will know how he would have written it. So have a read of his blogs and laugh with him.

Paul died suddenly on Wednesday 24th April  2019. A giant of a man with an even bigger heart. Taken far too young. What is that they say about the good guys?

The tales he he would tell had me aching with pain. Picture a six feet seven bearded huge male asking the salesman in Curry’s to show him how good the light was on a new Hoover he was buying. Even asking if the shop lights could be turned off to see how good the light was. All the while as the young guy is pushing the hoover back and forth with no recognition of Paul humming Freddy  Mercury’s I want to break free.

RIP Paul. Forever in our hearts.

Farewell Mr Price, I will really miss our good humoured banter. I hope that you've found a massive LMS layout up there.
