Campsite is coming along, downloaded the Campsite mega-pack from Model Railway Scenery, very easy to put together and looks very realistic. Waiting for some fencing to arrive, and get the tunnel finished, then on to the next little cameo scene.

That looks really good Phillip.

Just one thing missing from that campsite scene...........
If it looks right then it most probably is right.

Nice work and the camp site is a great idea.

I enjoy the scenic stuff more than the track laying and as for the electrics!  :doh: Most satisfying though when everything comes together and it works.

Please keep the updates coming.

Thanks Dave, track laying I don't mind, ballasting however can do one  :smiley-laughing: I'm banned from DIY electrics [we get someone in for that] so there was a certain amount of trepidation from my wife when I started wiring the layout. "It's only 16v" I said, "what could go wrong?". So far so good  :D ::) I'm really enjoying the scenic part, very satisfying when it comes together.

Just caught up with this thread. I agree with the others that the campsite area looks great. Thank you for mentioning Model Railway Scenery; ive bookmarked it for later. I don’t believe I’ve ever come across them and they look interesting (more likely that I have and forgotten but either way they’re known now!)  :thumbsup:
Gold Hill - my rule 1, “just for fun” micro layout;

Clouds Hill - My first layout currently on hold;
