Another suggestion.

Would be very interested in US connectors (diaphragms). Black for old style heavyweight cars and grey for streamlined.

Might be a transcontinental market.   (As shipping costs would be low). All that I can find are these expensive plastic jobbies: http://www.americanlimitedmodels.com/category_s/1631.htm

I'm almost if not just as bad what with MK1s, Colletts, Bulleids, Gresleys AND Maunsells!

They all deserve to look their best - eventually.
