Seconded  Very good news indeed. It seems doctors are rarer than hens teeth where you are. :o

Good to hear Susan is out of the hospital and that you've managed to track down a doc and an appointment.

Well Good news regarding my wife, she has seen a doctor at the local practice. They seem more concerned with a spot on her face than the stroke, even though it was apparently checked years ago. She has now to go for a check by the occupational health team before she can return to work.
On the model front, I managed to spray paint the model mini car with Humbrol gloss again, it does not look to bad, it will have to do. If had been really bad again I would have bought some model paint stripper. I have also had the trains running, I left them running for a considerable time and the only mishap was the last coach behind 80119 which ended up in front of 80119. I am not too worried about things like that because when I start to run things on a timetable basis I will probably fix the coaches or wagons together in sets, for easier running. Is there something called tacky wax, I will have to try to get some of that stuff. Its mainly for the coaching stock, I plan to try shunting with some of the goods stock but they will mostly have D&G couplings.

Glad to hear Susan's making progress and hope she's still off the fags.
Tacky Wax - yes, and I use it to stop my Peco couplings randomly doing what they want......

BTW - do you think you'll get to the Preston Show? Chances are I'll be there Saturday early afternoon (there - now you know to go on the Sunday)
