i've never seen a SPAD indicator signal on any model layouts....

this short video may give you some ideas though if you have a location where a SPAD indicator might realistically be placed...

ive seen a SPAD signal on the 00 model of cromer featured in one of the magazines. before. theres also usually the three, two and one red chevron on a white background signs preceding the high risk signal to aid the driver in braking at the correct point
