Long over due update ahead of Glasgow.

The Minitrix BR 45 is now weathered and ready for duty. I’ll most likely put this on the K5 train.

In other news, another little scenic touch to the layout today. A Sturmtiger from Sturmmörserkompanie 1000, which was one of the units delayed against the bridge after it was captured in March 1945.

There's also more progress on the Cascade wiring. All four fiddle yard broads are now fully wired so we can handle up to 32 trains.

Popped up to Model Rail Scotland today. This layout, the pictures of which are always fabulous, is even better up close - absolutely outstanding.

I can echo those thoughts, was at Model Rail on Friday (in horrible weather!) and kept finding myself back at this fab layout time & time again ... managed a quick chat with Al, but he was kept very busy - a stunning layout to see in person and a treat to see it operating

Well done. Went to the exhibition on Friday and it was good to see it in "real" life.
