Hi All,

I just want to add my thanks to Ben and Mike for taking on an extra challenge to what was from the start and raising a great sum for the RBL. You gents have done yourself proud!

Also thanks must go to Fiona Dobson from the RBL Wiltshire branch who worked to get Revolution the permissions to raise a great sum!

Finally for me personal thanks from me to Ben and Mike, it was a nice way to spend my final day in Uniform.

Well done to Ben  Mike and Gareth  thatís brilliant to see the cheque being handed over , not only did I get a fantastic model but also a donation to the ONLY charity I donate to ,as the R B L helped me and my Mum out when my Dad passed away when I was only 17 and we struggled to make ends meet . I allways give generously on Poppy Day as well, to help the ex service men who have suffered fighting for our country .

If I can ever play guitar like Billy Gibbons (guitarist out of ZZ Top - see Snowwolflair's pic!) then I'll die a happy man!

Well if we buy you a hat then all that is required is to teach an old dog new tricks!

Well if we buy you a hat

Well a long ginger-ish beard and some guitar-playing talent...but apart from that I'm nearly there!

There is a thread on RMWeb discussing the ongoing re-livery/de-livery of the 390s, which some of you may find interesting:

Come Say Hello At Warley (And Buy A Bus!)

Rapido's booth will be returning to the 2019 Warley Show, and as Jason mentioned it will be complete with another bus display from the Wythall Transport Museum. We will also have samples of a number of our new and recent models there.

In cleaning up our warehouse, we found... wait for it... two dozen N gauge Pendolinos. Still in the packaging. Never sold. We're bringing them to Warley and they will be for sale at our booth. First come, first served! :laugh3: :claphappy:
