gamescenics river system
« on: July 17, 2014, 11:22:04 PM »
Hi all,

Thought I'd seen similar question on here but can't find. (might have asked before myself )

Anyway, anyone know if this/these are any good?.....

http://www.gamescenics.com/rivers

Know it's cheating and would be expensive but my scenery skills and patience are becoming intolerable at the moment and I'm getting frustrated.

Thought I could work round something good to give me confidence.

Thanks for any help/ advice.

Why would it be cheating? No different to plomping a ready to plant building on a layout!

The waterfalls and ponds look nice, but v expensive. Difficult to tell how realistic the
rivers are due to the reflections in the pix.

Why not try doing your own as a diorama to insert into your layout? If it works, you've gained a whole lot of confidence, if it doesn't, you've only lost what it cost in materials and you can then go the gamescenics route. Nothing ventured nothing gained!
