Graham Farish West Coast Railway Pullmans
« on: July 03, 2019, 06:07:43 PM »
Seeing as they are due anytime now, lets get some comments going on them!

I intend on buying both of them to upgrade my custom versions. Pros and cons in my books?

Pros:-
-ideal for creating a west coast railtour
-only need the 2 of them as if i remember, WCRC only have 2 in that livery!
-goes well with the maroon mk1s
-can work well if you do a heritage line and want a small dining train!

cons: -
-Still no NEM couplers!
-paying alot more for old tooling (i could understand if the tooling had improved and had nem couplers!)
-very basic livery

just my thoughts, any other input?

Is the mk1 Pullman quite an old tooling? I thought it was quite recent. The OO gauge ones above certainly look decent.

mk1 pullmans have been going years! and they keep releasing new names and numbers but have never upgraded the couplers so they have always been the daft sprung ones.
