Hi All
Tha man with the camera has been busy again. I have been experimenting with the GoPro camera to try to get closer to the action on the layout and to highlight more of the detail.
So, here is a look at another scenic area and a close look at a couple of Network Rail Trains.

A layout-and-a-half. Kato points and flexitrack?

Hi Railsquid

Yes, you are right. Great observation! Peace flexitrack on Noch ballast linked to Kato points. I remove the Kato connectors and use ordinary track joiners.

Cheers,
Ged.

Thanks Mark
Much appreciated!
By the way, in my previous post it should say Peco flexitrack. Not sure how the auto correct came up with Peace.
Cheers, Ged.

Hi All

There is an article, featuring the layout, in this month's BRM Magazine. Unfortunately, they have mixed the title up, calling it Ashpeth & Leefield instead of Leefield & Ashpeth. Tut, Tut!
Nigel Burkin visited the loft to take the photographs last January. The best part, as far as I am concerned, is the great way they have combined the 4 roughly, hand drawn, plans that I provided, into one large comprehensive plan of the layout.

Cheers,
Ged.

Hi Everyone

It has been quite a while but, at last, I have managed to do some more work on the layout. So, in this video, I am trying to show the work that I have been doing on the colliery and its associated sidings. A lot of Class 66s I'm afraid.

Cheers, Ged.
