Modelux Defunct but after instuctions
« on: February 21, 2019, 10:00:52 AM »
It looks like Modelux are no more, certainly researching on the web their website has been gone since late last year, looking at their FB page that is still open they had a lot of very unhappy people not getting items they ordered and no communication about it.

I managed to get three models on that auction site... 2x Radio Transmitters and 1x Butters Bros Dock Crane - they do not come with instructions but sadly point you to the website to get them  :no:

Has anyone built either of these Modelux kits and happened to have kept a download of the instructions? I did look as a visitor on another forum and there were people after Gasometer, bridges and other instructions there so if anyone happened to have an archive of them...

The kits look interesting and detailed, probably fragile as heck before assembly and seeing other threads on here that may be why they failed  :worried:

Hopefully someone out there might have something otherwise it will be lets see what looks logical assembly!

Cheers
steve

Hi;

I'm after the Acle footbridge instructions.

The lady still selling some of these kits on eBay says she has no instructions and has had no reply from the maker.

Yes that was the forum I had visited and seen. It is a shame when something just disappears with no information, more than meets the eye here I think, but hopefully someone will have whatever instructions anyone is looking for.

So far we are looking for instructions

Radio Transmitter
Butters Bros Dock Crane
Acle Footbridge

Hi

I got instructions for the gas holder by messaging them on Facebook. That may be worth a shot if you have a Facebook account.
