I see Hattons have these available for pre-order - £8 but doesn't say what you get.
If that's 8 quid for one pair I may have to find an alternative method

I've been 3d printing my own and if they are £8 a pair from Dapol I shall carry on doing that !
£8 for a reasonable number or for some and some couplers in one pack perhaps ?
Kernow Model Rail Centre has the gunpowder vans and Siphon H available :

Hi Gang;
Interesting choice of 26040 in the condition of discs, ploughs & stags. Can only find one pic of it in this condition.....so this combo must have been short-lived. Wonder how the yellow backed stag will turn out by Dapol....of course, don't expect a headlight.....

No mention of the class 22? ??? :'(
I'm waiting for that one but I reckon it will be well into the new year before we see that in the shops !
no mention of the TGS, how many years before we can actually get a full set ?
So what happened to the GWR 38XX ? ???

Now due December, just missing the Warley date given at TINGs. I imagine the Class 22 will be a similar release date.

I hope your are right about the 22 coming in December Ollie. As a West Country modeller, I can't wait for that one! The current Type 2 offerings don't work for me - The Farish Class 20 looks great, but I don't think they ever ventured West apart from railtours... As for the Farish Class 25, well I will pass on that until a more up to date replacement is released.

I think on RMweb Dapol Dave said they would be in packs of 5 or 10 (Maybe a pack of 10, which is anough for 5 vehicles?).
I think it is in Dapol's interest to keep these cheap if they want to drive sales of their couplers.
I was under the impression that the class 22s were still a little way off. Mind you with the 122s, Pannier and 2884s all coming between now and Christmas, this could get expensive.
To say nothing of the Blue Pullman from Farish.
Thankfully the blue Pullman is bigger than my layout can possibly handle, with all the Rule 1 in the world. Beautiful model though.
The 122 and the Pannier are a different matter. Did I miss the B-set coaches, or are they still way off in the distance?
The BP is longer than my layout too but that is not going to stop me. One day I will build a bigger layout. Oh yes! :D
I don't think that the B-set coaches have come out yet but I bet they will look nice behind a pannier when they do. :NGaugersRule:
The last time I saw anything from Dapol on the TGS was a while back and they said early 2013.

Looks like the 22s may be closer than I thought. Mercig have got their hands on some EPs to test out painting and weather.

Tasty indeed. Every picture I have seen of these Class 22s shows them to be downright filthy, so the Mercig heavy weathering would be most appropriate on this one... Let's hope they appear in time for xmas gifts!!!
