I have a Broadway Limited Paragon 2 and a Graham Farish BR Blue Class 40 sound.
I've been enjoying that Class 40 immensely, but I want more. My layout is DC, so I'm wondering if that MRC Tech 6 is compatible with British N Gauge?
I'm not going to fully DCC my layout, but am curious and interested in this controller if it will work with both American and British N Scale sound locos.
I may have taken a dive I can't take back: sound is awesome! I'd rather have 3,4,5 with sound than 15, 20 without.
I think the MRC Tech 6 would work fine (I use an old Tech2 for DC UK / Euro / Japanese and Canadian though I'm not sure its well thought of.
What are you looking for in a controller?

I'm a DC roundy-round guy. I want to hear some more of the locos sounds. Maybe run 2-3 locos in a consist.
The hand-held is supposed to help that.
I have DCC and DC (different layouts) and it retrospect I'd just be a straight DC guy (I like roundy roundy stuff too). Personally I'd see if you can go to a show and pickup a 2nd hand MRC Tech 4 or Tech 2, just make sure that it works before buying. I picked up a 2nd hand Dual Tech4 for CDN$40, and I also have an old Tech 2, both work great with everything from my 45 yr old ROCO and Farish stuff right up to my latest Kato / Atlas / Minitrix
