I want to purchase some junk locomotives for chassis, but I can't start new topic.

Click on the 'Classifieds' button at the top of this page. Scroll down to 'Wanted', then on to 'New Listing'.

Yes, the boards on the main forum are just like notifications of the new listings. The N'porium itself is where you start he new listings. Thanks!

Having failed in the past to be able to list Wanteds, I have just tried this method.
Clicked Classified, scrolled down but no Wanteds.
What am I missing!

You're in the right place. It should be the 9th section down. Or 5th section up if you prefer:
