Nice to see the 47s get an upgrade. No liveries I am after in this bunch, but no doubt variants of BR Blue and Intercity will follow in future. I'll be picking up another Intercity Mark 2f as well.
The BSKs in Maroon have been announced this quarter, before the models announced in the Summer announcements have arrived. They are different catalogue numbers though.
Worth noting that EFE are also doing a further six versions of the J94 including NCB "Robert", Longmoor Military Railway blue, MOD green and LNER black...

Indeed, but apologies, it is just those four versions rather than 6. The Longmoor blue one is 195, the Army one is no.92 "Waggoner".
Waggoner is tempting on two fronts.
1. It was at Marchwood, near Southampton, in the 1970s in that livery. Not far from my model's physical location and era.
2. Waggoner also has the Royal Corps of Transport crest, which my Grandpa served in (actually in its predecessor Royal Army Service Corps guise).
Hmmm. Must muse on this for a few days. I could always get the OO version for display purposes...

I'd seen that there were some new tooling announcements and was hoping for a King or a County
Great to see the 47s getting next 18 and sound however - fingers crossed 47 745 will hopefully make it in time for Christmas!
I wonder if the body shells on this latest batch of 47s will be basically the same as the last batch. I'd like a sound fitted chassis to use with some of the older bodies (not poole) such as two tone green, NSE, large logo, RFD etc.. I suspect not as these look to have cab lights fitted so I assume there will be more electrical gubbins in the new ones.
Nothing for me. But then I am not currently looking for anything. More likely to edit my stock list a bit! I bought my 5MT 73050 with the last release and had TMC weather it for me. Lovely job!
Also note the Ivatt in BR Maroon late crest as preserved ( collectors club)
Hi All,
This video popped up on my Youtube notifications ......

You have to sit through the other :P scales as well, but there is some nice footage of the Ffestiniog Railway, some exhibition news, and as Carmont says, some Scenecraft products
All best wishes
Kevin
:beers:
As a long time modeller of 70s BR, all I can say is thank goodness we have Revolution and Rapido to keep my interest alive in N scale.
A Mk2 TSO in Intercity for me to go with the other 2.
Would appreciate some Regional Railways Mk2s
