Not so many years ago my sister bought me a boxed set of U.S. track and stock but I'm not sure what gauge it is. Can anyone recognize it?? ;)

Ive seen a couple of those now but they were painted in a suitable red, white and blue tooth paste colouring.
I`m told they are perfect replicas of full size 1980 ones ;)

These came in a set of four together with a playing board, dice, dynamite!, hazard cards etc. They are from the Waddington's Railroader game.
I still have mine !
Yep, still have mine too. I love Railroader, just got no-one to play it with.
I believe it could be T gauge! ;D

That would be wheel-counting then!? ;D
Regardless of what it is it looks like fun and would look great sitting on a shelf in my shed/layout room with all the other things I have collected
The game can still be fun (if you're drunk ;D)
Sis found me a complete set.

That's it, you get the title of "Mr Pedantic" this week  :smiley-laughing:
Looks OK in yellow but I think I prefer the one in blue livery :)
Easy done, just mask the yellow ends, coat of blue. Job done.
Yours Mr Pedantic.
(i never won an award before, is there a prize?)

Dear Mr Pedantic,
It seems your prize has been lost in the post ::) but do feel free to voice your acceptance speech
Moderately yours  ;D
I would just like to point out it should be
Mr. Pedantic
(with the dot) as "Mr." is an abbreviation.
Pedantically mine,
Alan
Just to be pedantic, there was no real need to put the "with the dot" in parentheses ;)
To be even more pedantic it is not a dot it is a full stop and according to this it should not be there!

The Scots are very good at getting the English to argue with each other over a period of time then it eventually comes to a full stop :smiley-laughing:
