Title: Network Rail Gauging Trains
Post by: kiwi1941 on May 15, 2012, 04:55:33 AM
Can anyone please point me at any sites which explain the Network Rail Gauging Train details and operation. Google doesn't seem to be much help. I quite fancy some of the bright yellow Farish stock  8)  Brian

Hey

Have a look on departmentals.net - you should find plenty of detail photos on there but you may have to search around the gallaries a little.

Another really good site for all things departmental is: http://www.old-dalby.com/ (http://www.old-dalby.com/)

There is a whole page about the Structure Gauging Train, including pictures of the current formation with NR DBSO (available from your favourite vinyl supplier  ::) )

Thanks Mike - I discovered that it's actually www.departmentals.com (http://www.departmentals.com) not .net. Brian
