I haven't watched it to the end yet, but it looks like that bridge thing is mounted on castors to be movable.

I was certainly impressed by the hauling power of his locos, less impressed by the lack of variety of his stock. I only dipped into the video, so I might have missed it, but I didn't see any passenger trains. Still, Rule 1 and all that...
