With today being 22/2/22 do we all have to post pictures of ourselves wearing a tutu? >:D
Please don't
You know I can............................. :D
very surprised you asked, expected to see the picture when I opened the thread
I may just keep you in suspense until the evening.................
Gawd.... it'll put me off me dinner tonight :sick2:
Or given the time difference, maybe my breakfast tomorrow :sick2:
Well its not a Tutu as such, but as they are worn for Ballet (and for whatever nefarious purposes John has) I thought I'd just calm everyone down with a sensible picture of my Daughter (who has an actual Tutu, but I don'y have any pic of her wearing it), just as a point of comparison you understand and to give John a pose to aspire to :)

Such an AMAZING date, wouldn't you lot in the UK have some druids leaping around Stonehenge, or summat? ;D
So, 22.02.2022 is a palindromic day and also a strobogrammatic!
And tonight, at one point, the time will be 22.22.22 on the 22.2.22
Alreet, I know you're living in Ireland, but can you talk English? :worried:
Et tutu, Brute ;)
C'mon George - it's Twosday. :)
:laughabovepost: :laughabovepost:
Forgot to say - 22022022 is also an ambigram ;)

I'm away in sunny Chichester tonight and unfortunately didn't pack a tutu in my overnight bag. I do have a plan for later though.....
@dannyboy (https://www.ngaugeforum.co.uk/SMFN/index.php?action=profile;u=4209) I would suggest the date does not read the same upside down so it is neither of those.
'22022022' reads the same backwards and when rotated through 180 degrees when using a digitised number, as in a digital clock, although when looking at the numbers in a mirror, it does read '55055055'
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strobogrammatic_number#:~:text=A%20strobogrammatic%20number%20is%20a,69%2C%2096%2C%201001).
@stevewalker (https://www.ngaugeforum.co.uk/SMFN/index.php?action=profile;u=5329)
You obviously spotted my mistake at the same time I did Steve, which is why you deleted your post. But as nobody else has said, owt, I won't, although I did find your comment funny.
Gutted that I missed the 22:22:22 time tonight but I was enjoying several pints of Fullers/Gales HSB. Is it too late I wonder.................
Definitely. Absolutely definitely.
Sorry George but you don't count as it's already the 23rd in upside down land.
So it is! My second daughter actually had a baby boy just before midnight on the 21st. She could have waited until 22/2/22!
Well, she couldn't, really!
Hurrah, as I know you really wanted to see them here we go. As it is still 22/2/22 in some places it would be rude not to add another 2 ......................
Whatever you do, do NOT zoom in to the first one

Oh dear..... I knew I should have deleted this thread :confused1:
Sorry, I think this is rather more decent. Can you believe that this was 23 years ago and the 2nd night after I met my wife of today? We did have a dress rehearsal the 1st night of course :D

One of my degrees was a Tutu (2.2) ! aka a Desmond
At one of the golf clubs I used to be a member if you scored 2x 2s in a round it was also known as a tutu. You can guess I am sure what you had to wear for the rest of the evening in the clubhouse. I never managed it myself :*(

"Kawai", as Ian @railsquid (https://www.ngaugeforum.co.uk/SMFN/index.php?action=profile;u=3832) would no doubt say

In case anyone is wondering, "kawai" is Japanese for "Pass me the mind bleach please!".
I prefer the Wikipedia definition (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kawaii) myself :-[
I don't think anyone's mentioned a point tutu yet :worried:, bit over the top but early days :D
Anyway, John, I think you look very dashing and I have frighteningly seen worse (just seen mind ;)).
Cheers, weave :beers:
Thanks darling. I have no idea what a point tutu is and even if I did I probably wouldn't admit to it. As said earlier in this thread that picture was taken a loooooong time ago, 1999 in fact and I'm still with the lady who helped me into it all those years ago (and married to her since 2011 I think) so I must be doing something right. I have no idea what though :hmmm:
I was under the impression this site was about Choo Choos, not tutus.
[OK, I'll get my coat]
It's back! Good on you @Tank (https://www.ngaugeforum.co.uk/SMFN/index.php?action=profile;u=2)
Now, where are the other pictures ..................... :hmmm:

Oh dear, to quote Alec Guinness in 'The Bridge on the River Kwai' - 'WHAT HAVE I DONE?'
This thread is too too silly. :)
But then - why not?
National Cleavage Day will be with us soon.
Get ready John @Trainfish (https://www.ngaugeforum.co.uk/SMFN/index.php?action=profile;u=262).
27th of March I believe. Will I have to start a new thread or should I re-name this one :hmmm:
First things first - book an appointment at the beauty salon :)
If I'm not thrown off the Forum before, I'll definitely jump if there's a National Mankini Day :D

Which one? :hmmm:
And I ain't talking about which
day. :o
But hopefully that day will pass without too much division. ;)
You'll just have to keep watching this thread to keep abreast of things :P

I am not sure if this is getting to be the peak of silliness, or the trough of despair.
Titillating though isn't it?
