Hello Guys
Im after some info please
I have recently purchased a Freightliner Class 66 in Standard livery. I was wondering what type of container wagons these would pull in real life and if these wagons are available RtR in N Gauge? (Not bothered about which manufacturer)
I know container flats are available from all the big N Gauge Names but which ones would my N Gauge Freightliner 66 pull?
Any information is greatly appreciated.
Thank You
Dapol - FEAs (the Freightliner ones obviously not the other liveries!) or occasionally Megafrets (pretty rare)
Farish - the FFA/FGA original flat though it really needs the TPM kit to make it look better. Not the more modern Multifrets (FIA/IFA) as they are EWS wagons.
ATM - KQA/KTA pocket wagon
Worsley Works - very nice brass etch for FFA/FGA set.
We really need someone to make the FSA/FTAs!
Cheers, Mike
Just what I was looking for. Thanks very much Mike

Saw one at the weekend Dave (I think) with a rake of the Blue & White LessCo containers

No I just chose to leave it off ;) TBH it is "basic" compared to the ATM version.

The Less CO2 containers are a DRS flow using Megafrets. That would normally be a DRS 66, but if they had a failure perhaps they spot hired a FL66.
DRS and Freightliner seem to have done some swaps of 66s recently, so they are running locos in each other's liveries though usually with branding removed.
FL definitely took ex-DRS 66401-410 when they went off lease. I hadn't realised DRS had taken some FL 66s (IIRC DRS took some of the Fastline 66s as well).
