eldest grandson dropped his phone earlier this afternoon while crossing the road, actually it fell out of his pocket, he wasn't on the thing, turned round to pick it up only to see a car drive over it.
following a call from his mum "DAD, we've got a problem ..." :'(
I then got in touch with Tesco Mobile protect, luckily when we got the phone for him I insisted on taking out full cover, and after about 10 minutes wait, got through to a very helpful advisor.
about a further 10 minutes, and an excess of £20 :'( :'(, and a replacement phone will be on it's way by DPD, due to be delivered Monday.
luckily, both the 'red' DPD and 'blue' DPD drivers we get here are great guys, so I'm sure they will deliver on time as they usually do.
so a big :thumbsup: to Tesco Mobile.
now all I've got to do is get the £20 back from my daughter :'(
