The BMRG Covid Saturday gang of 6 got together after a long lockdown break, a good time was had by all testing trains and doing a little bit of work on various club and personal layouts.
The Saturday group got together on Sunday this week due to outside commitments, a good time was had by all drinking tea & coffee, eating cakes & cookies and of course playing trains all this in relatively cool club room.
Having been let down again by our wire supplier we had to play trains again, so we all dug deep in our toy boxes to show a different range of stock from many decades and several countries.
Today the group had it's first post freedom day meet, although there are now no restrictions on numbers meeting indoors as cautious people we are not reverting to full normal club operations until we see how things work out, o today we celebrated with a play trains day, Lots of trains All n gauge mainly UK but a few Europeans sneaked in.
Todays running session has plenty of Kettles and transition era diesels for those who like that ,Our honorary K-9 member came along to show off her new hair cut.
The gang ran a assortment of Analogue and digital stock from several eras and multiple countries.
BMRG:- We have been playing trains again this time the majority are from the USA with a dusting of European and UK thrown in for good measure.
Those American trains are cool !
