After 7/8 months of lockdown the group got back together today, this is a video of the testing of lockdown builds and purchases, we are all n gaugers and I was so impressed that I forgot to film the test run of my Kato Class 800, I will do it at the weekend.
More playing trains as you can guess we are nearly all n gaugers.
Due to a delivery failure (electric string and electric glue "solder") work on the clubs n gauge layout "Matworth" has been temporarily suspended so we just had to spend the day playing trains.
The Wednesday group played trains again today but we did do some more of the wiring on "Matworth".
This Wednesday we did not get to set up the n gauge test track until early afternoon as the space was hogged by a member working on their 'Orribly Oversized' layout, but eventually we got to run 2 locos that had been DCC chipped while we waited and a couple of scratch built/kit bashed GWR locos were run later.
All very good! I like the home-brewed GWR ones a lot!
Is the first one Tornado?
