Title: Improving peco turnout reliability
Post by: Philkirk60 on April 07, 2021, 09:03:57 AM
Hi is there anyway I can improve the reliability of an electrofrog peco point under DC without using motors to avoid relying on blade contact alone?
Thanks
Phil

If you're not using a motor, are you using a wire in tube method of operation?  If so then use a changeover slide switch or toggle switch as the "lever" , and wire the switch to act as the frog polarity changeover.
