Title: eBay now manages the end-to-end selling experience on our marketplace...
Post by: RailGooner on February 24, 2021, 02:42:06 PM
QuoteFees and expenses will be deducted before you get paid and the remainder of your eBay earnings will go directly to your bank account, not your PayPal account.

Your eBay selling fees will be automatically deducted from your earnings at the time of sale. No more PayPal fees.

QuoteCan my payouts be directed to my PayPal account?

No, once you update your account, your payouts  will only be sent to your bank account, but you should be able to transfer funds from your bank account to your PayPal account to ensure there are funds in your PayPal account if needed.

Paypal take their share naturally, but I certainly don't consider them to be "crooks". It's made life so easy with my online buying, and not just on ebay either  :)

I've been doing this for a couple of months, it works well. eBay do hang onto your money for a couple of days, which is making people a bit angry, but then they just transfer it to your linked account net of fees. If you list on a £1 listing weekend (if not, why not?!) you pay nothing else, just the £1 fee. They even discount for multiple purchases. I laid £2.60 fees on three items sold to the same person.

I'm happy.
