B and H Models in Lincoln

And

Canns Models in Devon

Both showing online stores, so I'd say yes.

B&H posted this on their facebook page on 25th January:

Due to the latest government announcement and advise we are available for our
Click and collect service
Our mail order service will be continuing as per normal
10.30 till 16.30
Please phone the shop with your order.
Pay over the phone.
Then come and collect from the door.
Please stay safe when collecting
