Title: International Model Railway Day

With the transition from the current Lockdown in England to a revised Tier system on December 2nd dominating the news here, it is good to know that that date is also, according to a listing for an HO Märklin freight van model noted in an email today from Modellbahnshop Lippe in Germany, the 'International Model Railway Day'.

I must look this up as I've never come across it before.

Does it mean I have to buy more stock that day?  :hmmm: , or do I have to play trains all day?  :hmmm:

Looks like 'International' is a synonym for 'Germany and North-East Spain' in the main, but there is a page on that website of interesting links to 'Model railway systems for viewing' across the world here:
