Title: Tragic events at Croydon custody centre
Post by: guest311 on September 26, 2020, 04:16:29 PM
can anyone explain to me how a suspect, presumably arrested, cuffed, and should have been searched, managed to be taken into a custody centre [for those old school people - cell block] with a firearm in their possession ??

is it against Cressida :censored: (changed by forum)'s rules to search people, or is that non PC ?

when, oh when, are common sense, and strict procedures, going to take precedence ??

cuff them, search them, and if problems, stuff them - in the back of a van.

sincerest condolences to family and colleagues of the victim, BUT THIS SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN ABLE TO HAPPEN !

If you want to know the answer to that, I guess you'd have to direct the question to the Police force involved.

There's no way anyone on here knows the answer and any speculation will no doubt end up getting the thread locked.
