Present day? Or historic?

You can get a pretty good idea of the present flows on Real Time Trains.

Today's services (http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/search/detailed/HEL/2020-07-06/0000-2359?stp=WVS&show=all&order=wtt). Busy place!

With the links nick provided this is actually more up to date and a feasibly accessible even from.a smart phone and click on the links to see the timings, route etc than year by year books which often become out of date if changes are made to traffic flows etc or new ones are added etc.
