As my layout plans haven't got far yet, my thoughts have turned to the class 59 liveries!!
I know Fox do livery elements for the Yeoman and ARC 59's but I haven't found any full livery packs for both Yeoman liveries, ARC, Hanson, the sole Mendip Rail one and the new Aggregate Industries livery.
Also can you get the "30 years of class 59" plaques?
Do you mean a single pack with all liveries?
Given there isn't a readily available 59 in N I don't think you'll have much luck with a pack for the whole class. As you identify Fox do livery packs for the 59s in Yeoman and ARC at least, with numbers etc. But you also need to add EWS, DB Schenker, Aggregate Industries, GBRF and G&W too, if you're trying to be exhaustive.
They're a bit neglected in N - Dapol announced one, then 'put it on the back burner', DJM announced intention to do one, but it then got cancelled. It's probably the obvious hole in the modern N gauge range, but there are big variations in such a small class, although there are certainly plenty of liveries.

No what I was looking at was individual liveries with all the necessary elements and all the numbers needed if that makes sense...?

Precision Decals do a loco pack for the DB Schenker class 59. I know this cos I have a set ready to go on a 59.
