Title: Nice little track plan
Post by: Alex on March 20, 2012, 09:46:14 PM
Hi,

I was at Fort William today and went past a large sawmill either side of the road and railway line.

Had a look on Google Earth and found a rather neat track plan for the area.

Go up to the train station on the A830. Zoom in and scroll left and you will see the track curve in on itself. Zoom in on the area. There's a number of industrial units there. It looks feasable enough. Maybe cut back on the number of storage tracks. Just thinking if I could adapt it to fit  on my layout. 3rd radius curves maybe? Or flexitrack?
