I'm at my wits end with this and wish i'd never bought the bloody thing i managed to get the faulty tyre off but for the life of me cannot get the new one on the only way i can see is to dismantle the whole thing!
Dave
Dunno, but if all else fails email the manufacturer.
Allan
Unscrew the crank pin bolt on the wheel in question (using the tool provided in the spares bag), ease the tyre off, ease a replacement on and replace the bolt.
Simples!
Cheers,
Alan

Ha you think so? well it's done after a battle of wits i emerged triuphant i had some help of a third hand some cocktail sticks the problem is you have no access to the top of the wheel so the last bit to put on is nigh on impossible so i took it apart to do now just to sort a sticking front axle and it should be a go for smooth running.
