Title: Coronation transfers
Post by: Cutter on April 17, 2019, 03:31:22 PM
Hi,
Is there a source of transfers for the streamlined 1930s LNER Coronation train's carriages? Recreation21 now does 3D prints for the carriage bodies on Shapeways and I am sorely tempted. There are no transfers available, however, through Fox or Modelmaster.

Are these not of use?

Perfect--i missed them because they are not listed among the transfers for carriages! Thanks.

I asked the question on the other thread, but I'll ask again here: have you asked if he does them in N? The ones listed on the Shapeways site are OO. Also his N listing show 1:160, so is the UK stock actually 1:148?

The Recreation21 3D prints are available in 1:148 N. The website's tags are not granular enough for two N scales so 1:148 items show under 1:160. The item description will identify the scale--b-148fs-lner-coronation-twin-rest-3rd-brake is a 1:148 scale item.
I have the dynamometer car, quads, and others. They have a huge range and most items are available in multiple scales.
