Title: Kato HO Unitrack
Post by: Pengi on March 03, 2012, 12:21:31 PM
Decided that I can't afford a Blue Pullman and the Pendolino is too far away in the future, so am going to keep my OO Pendolino and my late father's OO Blue Pullman (which I want to keep for sentimental reasons). As I am so impressed with Kato N Unitrack and that the OO layout will need to be assembled and disassembled and will be running on carpet or the garage floor, decided to try the HO variety. Bought the HV1 pack (which is bigger than 4th radius curves) and it came with re-railler and track feed as expected. Really impressed with it, trains runs smoothly. Won't be expanding this layout though - N gauge is better!

The H0 Unitrack is good stuff. We have a circuit at our club, which only takes about five minutes to set up and to dismantle...ideal for have a play session with new toys.

I'm seriously tempted to get a set for home, my H0/00 stuff does not get a run very often!
