Where in the super Voyager rake does the 5th coach go?

I need a replacement Scharfenberg coupler for a Farish class 220, any ideas?

Dapol coach is unnumbered IIRC and need to go between the 607xx - coach D and the next std class coach. 608xx. It is meant to be 609xx as a coach C.
four car sets are ABDF. five are ABCDF , no coach E as it was never built. Letters change when sets doubled up.
