I've just popped into Kidlington to get some materials for a job, so whilst on the trading estate I popped into Howes Models. They don't do N gauge stuff, some 00, some 0 and a lot of RC vehicles, but they do sell a few second-hand bits.
I noticed a 'Minitrix Miniatures' 2-6-4 for sale in (I think) lined BR black, they were asking £39.95. Sorry I haven't got a pic, but went in without my phone. They also had a few N gauge coaches in the cabinet. Just thought I'd mention it in case anyone was interested.
FYI they have some general bits and bobs, wire, brass rod/strip, plasticard, small switches, cork sheet etc.
Information ends, as you were.
 :D

Hold on, brain freeze, or it may have been a Wren Micromodels one...
 :hmmm:

There was no british N 2-6-4 by Minitrix, but yes there was the old Lima/Wrenn Micromodel - which I wouldn't pay £40 for as it was awful.

Maybe the OP meant the 2-6-2T by Minitrix ref 51 2040 00 :hmmm:

Nope, definitely 2-6-4, had a look at their website and it's a Wren.

Nope, as previously stated, Wren.
If it says Wren on the box, then yes it is the Lima model inside...

Tee-hee.
 :claphappy:
You ain't doin' so bad. By the time I get to (if it ever happens!) retirement, all you old beggars will have bled the country dry.
 :veryangry:

I see no reason why we shouldn't. After all, we've put the blood into the country.
Anyway, you won't be able to do a thing about it as we'll all probably be playing trains in another world by then :nerner: :dighole: :D
