Title: Class 108s and Western Region
Post by: anselm on February 25, 2011, 09:23:49 AM
I am trying to decide whether to buy the Farish Class 108 or wait for the Dapol 121 later in the year.  My (in early stages of construction) layout is based around the Western Region in the late 50sand early 60s.  Can anyone tell me when the 108s reached the Western Region?

I really miss the www.railcar.co.uk website, which is currently offline.

Thank you

Ian

There is a picture on this page that shows they most certainly did - a pair of 108s at Sidmouth.

The two car 108 has now arrived and is running well.  I notice that the light on the trailer car is always "red" no matter which way the train is running - is that normal?
