I just dare not comment :zippedmouth:
While I wish the happy couple all the best this wagon doesn't appeal to me at all. It doesn't relate to them or their wedding at all so it seems pointless to me.
:NGaugersRule:
Needs weathering... (I'll get my coat!)
Oh for the love of...
{Distant sound of barrel being scraped...}
Whats that they say about band wagons, not quite what I thought one would look like though
I think it needs a picture of their faces, one at each end
Nice colour but the words spoil it.
To be clear this is a Peco wagon, which Osbourne's happen to be selling (as a Peco retailer), rather than an Osbourne's model.
I also don't get it one iota, but each to their own!
To me, it is a Royal Wedding souvenir, so there are plenty of collectors of such out there, but as a piece of rolling stock ???. However, I do like the colour - it is very similar to the colour of my new car :).
I have to declare and interest, I live in central Windsor and we are all being told we cannot move our cars for the entire day, or they might shoot at us.
Anyway, so what wedding present could such a tanker be carrying?
Cyanide from the grooms step mother
Naval rum from his grandad
Gin from his grandmother
Or Windsor Knot from his old squaddies

What wedding?
Still waiting on my invite...... :(
Shouldn't it be a DB Schenker wagon?
Sorry, I'll get the Focke Wulf out of here.
Seriously, hope they have a lovely day.
Cheers weave :beers:

well it certainly wont be riding lessons from his dad
I remember visiting the College of Arms some twenty years ago when they were preparing the coats of arms for William and Harry.
One wit in our group suggested Harry's coat of arms should be a crossed yards of ale on a hemp leaf.
sorry, but thoroughly fed up with this already.
certainly shan't bother watching, basically another drain on national resources, they'll need housing, feeding, protecting, paying .........
but then, I'm just a miserable old git
Wouldn't one of the Calvert binliner wagons be a better fit?

I look at it this way, living in Windsor, I know that this royal wedding has dramatically spun up the tourist trade and will probably generate gainful employment for the best part of twenty thousand people, by the time you include trickle down for the service and support industries around here for the next five years. From an economic standpoint it's not to be sniffed at, from a personal point of view i'm glad when 5pm arrives each day and all the tourists and tourist buses go home.

That was for Charles's second wedding. :)
I'm very much looking forward to the royal wedding day, but only because I'll be at the Severn Valley diesel gala 😁
For the republicans amongst us, I can still offer you an ESNG anniversary gunpowder van - maybe sponsored by G. Fawkes.....

I'm beginning to regret posting this!
Megan asked Harry "Are you entitled to bear arms ?"
Harry replied "Bare arms, bare legs, anything you like....!"
I'll get my ermine trimmed cloak............
