hi all has anyone got a dapol 220 how easy are they to convert to dcc ( I have just purchased one )

the 2 middle cars for lights I assume I need decoders

Hi,
You need three decoders 6 pin.......2 for head cars (lights) and one for middle powered car...

mines a 4 coach

I assume the front coach wheels can connect to a decoder

Yes, the heavier of the two centre coaches has the motor in it - that needs a decoder, plus one in each driving trailer for the lights.
