Title: New Year's Eve
Post by: Papyrus on December 29, 2017, 03:05:22 PM
Random factoid, supplied by a friend of my stepson -

New Year's Eve 2017 is the only day on which all adults were born in a year starting 19, and all minors were born in the 2000s.

Well I thought it was interesting...

Happy new year everybody,

Chris

Happy New Year!  :beers:

I defined it as when a person reaches the age of 18. If a person is 18 on 31 Dec 2017, they are an adult, if they are 18 on 01 Jan 2018, they are a minor on 31 Dec. As you say though, it depends when an adult is legally, an adult.  :confused1:. I give up and am off to bed. Happy New Year to you all.  :beers:

@Tank (http://www.ngaugeforum.co.uk/SMFN/index.php?action=profile;u=2)

I hear the Boss has volunteered to drive a 'drink tank' but only if it's fitted with at least a 120mm gun :laugh:
Stay safe, everyone.

I'm not a great one for celebrating New Year so will probably be curled up with the cat and trying to calm him when the fireworks are set off, but I wish everyone a Happy New Year and let's see what 2018 brings :beers:
