He must have a very understanding family or he lives on his own with no children or pets .our cat and dog would knock that lot over in seconds .Thats if Val ever let me put it down in the first place.
It reminds me of when I was five and I went up to the big house as we called it and set up Andrews  huge O gauge 3 rail electric and clockwork trains ,Boy was I jealous of him .But they could afford it his Dad owned the farm that my Dad worked on.
It was nice that I was invited to play with his trains when he came home from boarding school.
