:P
They were just waiting for a train, as they were on the Mooooove.
Don't forget that's why the fat controller bought Toby... he had a cow catcher. :)
I herd some of them were Friesian cold and had just gathered to keep warm while waiting for the Milk Train to London.
A load of bull !
Looks like they were trying to experience travel in cattle class.
Looks like one of those "imagine" shots from Reggie Perrin...
They were waiting for an excursion to Uddersfield.
I am glad that everybody is amused!
:bounce:
Typical herd mentality - half of them are in front of the yellow line instead of behind it - one does it and others follow :)
When commuting remember trains being delayed because of sheep on the line at Wool

"amoosed" you mean?
One of the stories about the lack of speed on the Manchester and Milford was of a passenger putting his head out of the window to shout a query about why the train had stopped between stations.
"A cow on the line!" came the laconic reply.
After five minutes the train started up, but ground to a halt again ten minutes later.
"Another cow, I suppose?"
"No. It's the same one."
