The simple answer is to use the "Forgot your password?" link underneath the Login button on the "Login" screen.
However, if you were logged-in to post the above, you may not see that.
You could try the following if you're using a computer. Depending on which browser you use, you may find that if you open an incognito/private window and try to access the NGF from there you will be prompted to log in and if you scroll down below the pink "Not Registered" box, you should see the screen you need with the link on it.

Firefox and Safari keep lists of passwords.
look at firefox/preferences/security (Win/Mac)
or safari/preferences/passwords (Mac)
Firefox has an add-on to save & encrypt passwords
