Title: Image Optimizer

Advice please, folks.

I have Image Optimizer loaded on my old (Windows Vista) laptop and it works fine. I right-click on a picture, click on 'optimise here', and hey presto, it's done.

I have a new laptop with Windows 10 and I've loaded Image Optimizer again but it no longer works - 'optimise here' doesn't appear. I'd quite like to upload some more photos but can't at present. Any ideas?
