Title: Living on historical railway site :)
Post by: Michael Shillabeer on June 19, 2016, 06:22:01 PM
Hello

Some of you may have noticed that I've been AWOL for a while...

Big life changes including a house move.

I now live on the site of Swindon A Shop - the GWR's locomotive factory :)

I'm pondering the possibilities of modelling A Shop...

Best regards
Michael

Welcome back Michael, hope you've got a large room or shed to model that in its entirety.   :)

Will this be a corner shop or one in a main street? :-X

Welcome back, and I hope you don't have any tales of hauntings :worried:

That was one HUGE shop...  Many an Arkwright and a few Granvilles will be required.

Actually remember it well. If you were to model it in the 70's /80's there are so many possibilities.
A Duchess, Halls, Castles, Manors "Grey Pullman" (it was parked very near) Hydraulics......  Veil of Rheidol loco.
