There's been some great camera work, really gives the impression of speed! and for once the weather has been pretty good
Only been able to watch the races recorded after work but been some exciting racing and decent weather for it. Feels a shame were not there. Maybe next year :beers:
Watched every bit of the coverage so far in the vain hope Michael Dunlop would smile. Bah - no chance.
Hutchy hugely impressive and, as you say, some great camerawork.
Have been tying myself in knots as I've also been following the 2 lots of cycling on ITV4.
:thankyousign: ITV4 , Just awesome. Lets hope Guy Martin returns next year?.
going back to 1964/5 Bonds sent a couple of 875's (brand new model at the time, the IOM TT would be good publicity) over as martials cars , they laughed at them , unused for a couple of days , then there was a crash - phone calls for medics , no transport available so the first aider jumped into the Bond and arrived at the scene - now the press hot on the scene wanted to know how he arrived so smartly , in the three wheeler he replied great road holding and torching 90 at times !
the sort of publicity that was wanted but unfortunately the mini was already taking the small car market .
probably not -think his crash at the northwest 200 last year could be the final straw ! New girlfriend -new tv series and plenty of money to hand -why would you ?? Shame realy -was at scarborough this year for the opening bash -some were missing him -some not -pity that was marred by a death as well -but they know the risks -must be an amazing adrenalin rush ?? >:D
All I know is all those adverts for Fray Bentos were in danger of putting me off pies for life...
I watched the TT coverage on ITV4. Long may it continue. The first preview show covered Ian Hutchinson's recovery following an accident where he nearly lost his leg.
I also listened to the race coverage live on Manx Radio AM (Vauxhall Radio) over the internet. That brought back memories of when I used to go to the TT.
Came over in the paper that an Aussie rider died. True?

Unfortunately so in the first sidecar TT, Dwight Beare was originally from Melbourne, in Australia, but lived in Onchan, on the Isle of Man.
