Title: macs model railroading

went upto macs model railroading in kirriemuir today for the first time and what a cracking shop it is :thumbsup:massive range of woodland scenics,noch and greenscene materials.heavily biased towards american loco,s and rolling stock but does stock farish :thumbsup:well worth a visit if you are in the area or browse his websites the scenery is under ec scenics :thumbsup:shop was not even meant to be open today but after a call to see if he was open he said he would open up for me at an agreed time now thats service :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Ye Gods man, Macs!! he has continued the tradition of the old guy in Helensburgh he bought the name from, ridiculously expensive.

I remember a couple of years ago he wanted over £100 for an Atlas E8 A&B unit, I got a brand new one from the US, £30 inc shipping.  The shop is great (Blood & custard paint scheme as I recall), but too rich for my pocket I'm afraid

never looked at his loco's as i don't buy american but for scenery products its amazing
