I have only seen pictures of block trains of covhops in the 1980s.

By the 1980s were they ever in mixed wagon trains too?

I can't really justify buying lots of this wagon as they are expensive but a few in a mixed train is a possibility.

I have seen a photo of the following

Class 76, 4 x CovHop, 3 x OHV, 1 x Standard Van, 1 x Brake Van

vacuum braked mixed freights declined rapidly in the 80s i believe so probably not too many pics apart from a few in the v early 80s maybe
